CJC-1295 with Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) is a long-acting analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) that has been investigated for its ability to stimulate endogenous growth hormone (GH) secretion and increase circulating insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) levels. Clinical and preclinical studies suggest that CJC-1295 with DAC can produce sustained elevations in GH and IGF-1 for several days following administration while preserving the natural pulsatile pattern of GH release.
